Designed together with SHoP Architects and Pliskin Architecture, the new Washington, DC office for a global law firm covers eight floors which are connected visually and physically by a diagonal atrium dubbed “The Sleeve.”  Private offices encircle six floors, following law office layout conventions, but destination amenity spaces, which we refer to as “Social Condensers” activate The Sleeve on each floor and increase happenstance connections, as is expected of a modern workplace.
